Shipping
Domestic/Retail - We want you to be able to use our products no matter where
you live. Effective January 1, 2012 all retail orders shipping to a single address inside the continental U.S.
will ship for $10.95 or less! This new rate will be in effect through the end of the year. If you
would like to place an order shipping to multiple addresses, please send us your order via email, broken down by address and
we can send you an invoice attached to a Paypal Payment Request for the total cost. All orders will be shipped using
USPS Priority Mail which takes an average of 3-5 days to deliver.
Most retail orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase date,
however please allow 3 business days before contacting us. If we are unable to ship your order within 3 business
days, we will contact you via email. I fyou have a time-sensitive order, please place your order via email and we can quote
expedited shipping.
International/Retail
- If your order is shipping outside the continental US, please place your order via email. We will calculate your shipping
cost and send you an invoice attached to a Paypal Payment Request for the total cost. This will allow
us to keep the charges as low as possible for you. Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of full
payment.
Wholesale
Orders - All wholesale orders must be placed by telephone or email. Shipping will be calculated at the time the order
is placed. For further details regarding payment procedures and volume discounts, please complete the Wholesale Info form
on the Contact Us page.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which
is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift
recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill
the customer for their order.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued upon the return of unopened products. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
Disclosure
We go to great lengths to make sure that our products are as gentle and mild as possible. However, always check the
ingredients prior to use to determine if you may have a preexisting allergy to any of the ingredients. The ingredients are
listed in the product descriptions for your convienence. All of our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with
eyes or other sensitive areas.
